Leading
OPIE, the Vice President for Planning and Institutional Effectiveness
collaborates with the Executive Vice President for Academic and Student
Affairs and the Vice President for Finance and Administration to assess,
design, develop, and manage the implementation of strategically-aligned
performance improvement and capacity-building initiatives across the
College. OPIE also works with administrative and academic units to
develop and implement data collection methodologies to a) assess the
College's effectiveness and student achievement, b) document
performance, and c) provide a context for strategic initiatives and
planning processes.
