How to Set Up Your Student E-mail Account

 

1.      Go to the College Web page (http://www.ololcollege.edu) and select Student E-mail:

 

 

 

2.      Click on the link on the top of the page that says “Click Here to Login to Student E-mail.”

 

3.      The message “A Runtime Error has occurred.” May come up.  If so click No and continue.

 

 

 

4.      A Security Alert window may pop up on your computer. Click “Yes” to continue.

 

 


5.      The login window will come up next. It will look like this:

 

 

Enter the following:

 

User Name = your first and last name together with no spaces (Ex. If your name is John Doe your username will be johndoe).

            Password = leave this box empty

           

Click OK to continue.

 

6.      The Internet Service Manager window comes up next.

Enter the following information in each box:

 

Account = ololcollege\username (Ex. ololcollege\johndoe)

Old Password = (leave this box empty)

New Password = (enter a password of your choice, but it must be at least 5 characters or more.)

Confirm Password = (enter your new password again)

 

Click OK.

 

7.      Next, the confirmation page will come up.

 

 

Click on the serious of numbers (highlighted in the image above) to bring up the login window. You will login just as you did earlier, only you will enter your new password in the password box instead of leaving it blank.

 

8.      Once logged in, your mailbox will come up. It will look like this:
