INSTITUTIONAL EFFECTIVENESS COMMITTEE
The Institutional Effectiveness Committee (IEC) is appointed by the
President or the President's delegate and reports to the President of
Our Lady of the Lake College. Appointments are for two year renewable
terms. The IEC supports the strategic planning process and promotes
institutional quality aligned with the College's mission and goals. The
committee tracks and monitors assessment activities, reviews and
analyzes institutional effectiveness indicators, and makes
recommendations for institutional improvement and change. The group's
initial charge will be to build the foundation for an institutional
effectiveness framework by: becoming familiar with the campus strategic
plan and initiatives specific to individual units on campus; aligning
unit initiatives with campus initiatives; developing a list of standard
and ad hoc institutional research functions and reports; and
articulating content for a useful Web presence for the Office of
Institutional Effectiveness. The committee chair will share meeting
minutes with the President's Council, provide periodic reports and
updates as requested by the President, and present annual reports to the
President.
Committee minutes and reports will be added to this page as appropriate.
