ISSC Student Help Desk Instructions

  1. Launch the help desk ticket web form at:
    On-Campus Online Helpdesk
    Off-Campus Online Helpdesk
  2. Key in your 7 digit Student ID (including the leading 00’s) sent to you via ololcollege.edu email and click Enter.
  3. Enter in your personal information and be sure to include a call-back telephone number so the help desk can help you with your computer-related issue.
  4. Enter a brief description of the issue, and then a detailed description of your issue and click Submit Footprints ticket.
  5. You can also open a ticket via phone by calling 765-4357.  You will need to give the help desk your 7 digit Student ID number and the last 4 numbers to your Social Security Number.
