Access Information for New Students

Your campus computer login, email, and Blackboard accounts will be created on the first day of your first semester.  Before you can access anything, you must first change your password.

1.  Changing your Password:

To change your password you need to go to https://access.ololrmc.com/college. Your username for login will be your first name and last name (johndoe) all together with no spaces and no special characters ( e.g. ‘ , - , / ).

For the old password put in tempxxxx (where the xxxx is the last 4 digits of your SS#) then hit Enter.  This should bring you to a screen where you will create and confirm a new password.

Note:  Do not forget your password!  If you forget this new password once it has been changed you cannot come back to this link to change it until you contact the College HelpDesk to have it reset.

2.  Email:

After you have changed your Password you can access your email account for the first time.  For most students their College email will be something like JohnDoe@ololcollege.edu.

3.  Blackboard:

Once you have successfully logged into your college email account go to http://blackboard.ololcollege.edu. Click Login on the left part of the screen. Under the password box on the right portion of the screen, click “Forgot Password”. Under section 2 input your First Name, Last Name, and college email address and “Submit”. At this point an email will be sent to your college email account with a link to reset your password. Please set your password to something only you know and can remember. Once that procedure is complete, simply revisit the blackboard site and login with your username, same as email login, and new password.

WebServices:

Our Lady of the Lake College allows you to access your information online (including seeing your schedule and your bill) through WebServices. To log onto WebServices for the first time you will input your username (first and last name all together with no spaces) and you will use your new password. Click here to access WebServices.
