1. How to print a screen:
a. Open the screen with
the data you would like to print
b. Press the Ctrl key and
the Print screen (this copies the screen to the clip board)
c. Open notepad or Word
d. Press the Ctrl key and
the V key to copy from the clipboard
2. How do I setup my icon:
a. Click on Start
b. Click on programs
c. Click on SIS
d. Right click on the Sis
icon
e. Click on Send to
f. Click on desktop
3. How do I report a
problem:
a. Go to
http://www.ololcollege.edu/SISform.htm and fill out the form.
4. I cannot get SIS to print
to my printer
a. Click on
Mycomputer(your login id will replace the my computer)
b. Click on the P: drive
c. You should see a file
name of FIXPRINT.bat
d. Double-click on the
filename to execute the batch file to setup your pc to print. The is
a one time requirement.
5. How do I print from the
print preview screen?
a. Click on the printer
icon in the bottom right corner of the print preview window.
