FAQ’s:

What is the turn around time for getting my exam scored?

Generally exams are scored the same day received.  Exams are scored in the order in which they are received.  Rarely it might take more than 24 hours to get you your student’s results.

What will slow up the processing of my exam?

If your OpScan sheets arrive in disarray, facing different directions, or your students have not gridded their ID, or there is a missing item on your key, the time for processing will be extended.

Who will see my answer sheets and key?

Exam Forms are maintained in a secure area and are not available to students.  Departmental secretaries can be appointed to deliver and pick up forms and results.

Can someone explain to me what all those statistical reports that are delivered with my students’ scores really mean?

Explanatory materials are available in the Testing Office.  The Executive Director of Planning and Information Services is available to discuss test results and analyses.
