  • To develop and implement strategies that promote student success, engagement and persistence of all students; and
  • To retain first year and continuing students until the completion of their degree requirements.

Academic Advising

We provide academic advising to all first year and first time students at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University. We assist with scheduling classes, tracking and maintaining appropriate curriculum plan progression and providing general support and guidance throughout our students’ matriculation.

We provide general support to our students by maintaining a supportive and collaborative relationship in which the student is provided the appropriate resources necessary for their success and is ultimately empowered to persist in achieving their academic goals. We also serve as a link for students to connect with other university departments that may assist them with their academic and personal needs.
