Nelnet Tuition Management (FACTS) Monthly Payment Plan

Our Lady of the Lake College offers a payment plan through Nelnet (Formerly FACTS) Business Solutions.  The payment plan allows you to divide your tuition expenses into monthly payments throughout the semester. Students or parents can sign up.  The payment plan is not a loan, therefore no interest is charged.  A $30.00 non-refundable enrollment fee is due at the time you sign up.

Please note once you have established a payment plan, your fee bill/WebServices will not reflect the balance owed on your payment plan, only the balance owed on your student account outside of the payment plan.

Enrollment Options

Nelnet offers two methods for your monthly payments.  Payments for both are processed on the 5th of each month.

  1. Automatic Bank Draft (ACH) –  Nelnet will draft your payment directly from your checking or savings account.
  2. Credit Card – Nelnet will charge your payment to your credit card along with a convenience fee.

NOTE REGARDING ENROLLMENT DATES: The last day to enroll is NOT your payment deadline for the semester. These dates are simply the last day that Nelnet will allow enrollment in the plan.    

What you'll need to sign up

  • Your student ID number
  • The exact amount you want to put on the payment plan.  You can find your balance due for the semester on your registration statement or on WebServices under Account Summary by Term.
  • Your credit card or bank account information
  • $30 enrollment fee
