Academic records, regulations and calendars are maintained by the Office of the Registrar at Our Lady of the Lake College. The office is located in the Administration Building at the intersection of Perkins Rd. and Silverside Drive. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Graduation Information
Intent to Graduate : The last date to submit intent to Graduate forms is the same as the last day to drop classes without a "W" grade in the semester of graduation. It is strongly recommended that Intent to Graduate forms be submitted in the semester prior to graduation. The Office of the Registrar will provide forms.
